Our career assessment, counseling and transition services all work from the underlying assumption that the best career choices are those that build from the individual's passions and skills. We provide
confidential individual discussions, career assessment tools, job research and job search coaching to help you identify and pursue those interests. Our services are available world wide via teleconference and the
world wide web. Career assessment, counseling and transition services are usually funded by a company or other organization on behalf of an individual(s), but are also available by arrangement for individual
clients. We do provide outplacement support to individuals and organizations when the career transition involves separation from a current organization. We also work with organizations that are seeking to
promote employee satisfaction, learning, development and retention through large scale career development programs. We can help you assess the strategic need for and benefits of an organizational career
development program and the alignment of current career development practices with the organization's needs. We can also help organizational leaders plan and execute a full organizational career development program
through training and development, integration of the career development program with other human resource activities, the implementation of career centers as appropriate, the use of appropriate technology and program
evaluation. Executive Leadership Coaching
Our leadership coaching services are targeted for individuals from all ranks of management, as well as entrepreneurs, who are seeking to enhance their impact and
effectiveness. We work with leaders who are:
- Seeking to understand and enhance the range of their management style
- Moving their organizations through change
- Developing a shared vision for their business unit
- Developing a team
- Developing a human resources strategy, company brand, or employee value proposition
- Seeking to strengthen the link between their leadership tasks and their own individual career goals

Our work with leaders also builds on a thorough assessment of the leader's goals, personal style and personal life, strategic and tactical context, business and industry. We use a variety of assessment tools to
support us in developing a clear picture of the leader's needs, including 360 degree feedback, personality and management style assessments and interviews with key stakeholders in the leader's context. Our
coaching is usually aimed at helping the leader enhance his or her performance and satisfaction with the leadership role. However, we are also available to help individual leaders who may be experiencing
significant occupational or personal problems that are interfering with performance, as well.
Strategic Human Resource Management Consultation Services We also provide services to human
resource departments and executives, and to entrepreneurs and business leaders, on employee and leadership development and human resource strategy. We work directly with key executives to help articulate and
execute:
- A strategic role for human resources within the firm
- An understanding of the employee value proposition (a key competitive success factor in a tight labor market) of the firm
- A structure for human resources (including decisions regarding outsourcing)
- A succession and leadership development plan
- An organizational career development program

not-for-profit organizations. Employee Assistance Program Services Hunt Associates staff provides the full range of employee assistance program services including intake,
assessment, short-term counseling, referral and follow-up. Our EAP services are provided in cooperation with
