James M. Hunt, MSW, DBA (Doctor of Business Administration) is Associate Professor of Management and the Charles E. McCarthy Family
Term Chair holder at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts. There, he teaches management, strategic human resource management and leadership. James is the Faculty Co-Director of the Coaching for
Leadership at Babson. The Babson Coaching Program provides developmental coaching for Babson Students working toward enhancing
their competencies in leadership and teamwork. Each year, the faculty of the Coaching Program train over five hundred Babson Alumni and MBA
students in coaching techniques and development planning. James is also a faculty member of the Leadership and Influence Program at Babson's School of Executive Education. James is co-author of the new and widely acclaimed book, The Coaching
Manager: Developing Top Talent in Business. The coaching manager tells the story of business leaders who are effective in developing their
employees and promoting a learning environment in their organizations.Previously, James served on the faculty of Clark University's Graduate School of Management. James received his doctorate in business
administration, with a concentration in organizational behavior from Boston University's Graduate School of Management in 1994, where he studied
career and leadership development. He graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a B.Sc. in 1974 and from Simmons College School of Social Work with an M.S.W. in 1977. James also completed
the Advanced Training Program in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at the Boston Psychoanalytic Institute. James does research in the areas of coaching by managers, career
development and executive coaching. James has published in such periodicals as the Journal of Developmental Entrepreneurship, Journal of Innovation Management, Consulting Psychology Journal
, Proceedings of the Academy of Management, and Progress in Management Consulting. James is the founder of Hunt Associates, a career coaching, executive
coaching, employee assistance and leadership development firm. Since 1990, Hunt Associates staff have provided executive and career coaching assistance and human resource development consultation to employees
from a number of businesses and not-for-profit organizations throughout the U.S. including Bose Corporation, Children's Hospital, 3Com, Genzyme, and Stratus Computer.
James is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional by the Employee Assistance Professional's Association.
Christine P. Hunt, RN, CEAP EAP Consultant
Chris Hunt is a psychiatric nurse and EAP consultant, who manages the Bose Corporation Employee Assistance Program for Hunt Associates. She has extensive experience in in-patient, out-patient and home health
care within the mental health field. Chris is a Certified Career and Job Transition Coach and Certified Employee Assistance Professional. She is a Member of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association.
Suzanne Levin EAP Consultant
Suzanne has over ten years of experience in the field of organizational psychology and service strategy. Before joining Hunt Associates, Suzanne was the Director of Leadership Programs at San Francisco State
University. Prior to joining San Francisco State University, Suzanne was an organizational development consultant within Linkage, Incorporated,
where she focused on assessing, coaching, and facilitating organizations, teams, and individuals to help them achieve new performance levels. A specialist in performance management and developmental appraisal,
Suzanne continues to coach individuals and teams to achieve maximum impact through both behavioral changes and breakthrough thinking. Suzanne holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Connecticut College
and a masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.

Exit I-495 to Rt. 9 west. Go 1.5 to the first stop light after I-495. Take a
left turn onto Lyman St. Go 100 meters to 33 Lyman St., which will be on your left. Our building is a large, 4 story office building. Our office is 203B, second floor.
